nykeiko eats: Spotted Pig in West village

Three little pigs went to Spotted Pigs for a great din din.

It is advised to go early. We got there at 6:30 and got tables at 8 p.m. but it was worth ze wait. Thank god there's lots of shops around the area to keep us entertained until din din time. Shopping suppresses hunger for me.

The menu served everything fantastic...
For apetizers, we had soft shell crab, grilled octopus and mozzarella gnodi.
For entrees, we had fowl, rabbit and pork! Nom nom nom
Afterwards, our desert was at Waffels and Dinges ..our new fav food truck in NY!

if you like intense dark flavored chocolates, then try Mast Brothers chocolates.
This one is 70% dark chocolate, sea salt and olive oil.
Chocolates can be found at Dean and Deluca as well as other locations around NY.

Now I will be a bit happier everyday working in front of the computer..

The bone marrow entree was sublime and such a rare treat... And the steak was delicious and fresh... comparable to 40West or Queue de Cheval in Montreal!
We ordered mushrooms and mashed yukon potatoes as seperate side dishes..
